Governor JB Pritzker is proud of those who have served in the Armed Forces of the United States and would be honored to bestow a certificate upon their retirement from duty. Requests must be sent at least 30 days before retirement.

Please note that requests MUST come from an official US Military email domain (such as address@navy.mil or address@mail.mil ). Requests from non-military email addresses will be denied.
