Reports Submissions

  • If submitting a report related to a board or commission:
    • Please submit all boards and commissions reports directly to gov.reports@illinois.gov and Cc: gov.appointments@illinois.gov. In sharing a report, please include the board name, the agency under which the board is housed (if applicable), the fiscal year for which the report is being submitted, if the report includes a correction to a previously submitted report and any additional information that would be of assistance in organizing and directing this report to the right team member. 
  • If submitting a report not related to a board or commission:
    • Please submit all reports directly to gov.reports@illinois.gov. In sharing a report, please include the report name, the agency responsible for the report (if applicable), the fiscal year for which the report is being submitted, if the report includes a correction to a previously submitted report and any additional information that would be of assistance in organizing and directing this report to the right team member.
