Scheduling Request

Thank you for your interest in having Governor JB Pritzker participate in your event. In order for us to best handle your scheduling request, please complete the form below, and submit it by clicking on the button marked "Submit".

We are not able to confirm events for the Governor more than thirty (30) days in advance. Due to the number of requests the Governor receives, he will not be able to accept every invitation. We would like to assure you, however, that your request will be given proper consideration.

The form must be filled out in its entirety or your request will not be sent. The Governor appreciates your scheduling request.
